Price Quotes
All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). The quote includes shipping and handling charges and do not include duties and taxes, credit card/ Paypal fees, which may be occurred upon the arrival of your item(s). Shop USA Ship International is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange between the USA and other countries. Shop USA Ship International reserves the right to change the price quotes at any time. The customer is responsible for knowing the weight and dimensions of your shipment in order to get an accurate quote.
Customer orders
All orders will be reviewed before proceeding to receive the order or make the purchase for the customer. Customers will be contacted should the order be inconsistent with what is received/ quoted from the retailer. Shop USA Ship International reserves the right to decline any order at any phase in the transaction. If payment has been made when an order is cancelled, Shop USA Ship International will issue a refund of the order. All transaction/ shipping fees that have occurred before cancellation are non-refundable. No changes can be made once an order has been placed. Shop USA Ship International reserves the right to keep all purchases from being shipped internationally until full payment has been made. Shop USA Ship International will promptly process all payments and shipments but is not responsible for domestic or international shipping times. All customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed on their international shipment upon arrival at their destination.
Please note that all payments must be paid from the user and not from a name not recognized on the order form. Also, the delivery address must match the address registered with your payment account.
Insurance
All purchases shall be insured to the full amount of the merchandise purchased unless otherwise requested from the customer.

Return/Exchange Instructions
All returns and exchanges will be handled by the customer and Shop USA Ship International. All return and exchange policies are ultimately governed by the retailer(s) the merchandise) were purchased from. All transaction/ shipping fees that have occurred before the return and exchange are non-refundable. The customer liable for all transaction fees (including shipping charges, duties and taxes, insurance) during a return and exchange.

Return (Refund) - If your purchase was made through us, you may receive a refund only for the original purchase price of the merchandise minus any transaction fees (including shipping charges, duties and taxes, insurance). We do not charge any service fee for returns.
If you had made your purchase from the store directly, your refund must be coordinated between you and the store. We will only charge you the shipping cost of the merchandise back to the store.
Exchange - You must pay all shipping and handling fees that will be due. You must pay for all international and domestic shipping charges during the course of this exchange.
If you wish to return merchandise for a refund or exchange you must follow these steps:
Step 1:
Email us at info@ShopUSAShipInternational.com. Please include your order number and the reason(s) for the return/exchange. If exchanging, please indicate the product ID number, size, and color you want to exchange for. Shop USA Ship International will issue you an REA (Return And Exchange) number which must be submitted in order for a return/exchange to be valid.
Step 2:
Once Shop USA Ship International approves the return/exchange, include a copy of your original order in the box and underline the items you are returning/ exchanging. On the copy of your invoice or packing slip, please indicate the REA number and whether you wish to apply for a refund or to exchange the merchandise. If you wish to exchange the item, include all details for the item you wish to receive.
Step 3:
Package the merchandise securely and mark the REA number on the outside of the package.
Step 4:
All merchandise must be shipped back to Shop USA Ship International via a trackable shipping method. Shop USA Ship International shall not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipment.
